I changed devices. How do I get my progress back?
If you use Game Center (iPhone) or Google Play Games (Android), sign in with the same account on the new device and your progress comes back automatically. Without that sign-in, your progress stays tied to the old device.

I bought “No Ads” and the ads came back.
Use Shop › Restore purchases with the same Apple or Google account you bought with.

How do I ask for a refund?
Payments are handled by Apple or Google: request it on the App Store refund site (reportaproblem.apple.com) or on Google Play (play.google.com › Orders).

How do I stop sending usage data?
In Settings, use the data sharing option. You can change it at any time.

How do I delete my data?
In the game: Settings › Reset progress. This deletes the progress on your device, the cloud copy and your account. More in the privacy policy.
