FAQ

I changed devices. How do I get my progress back?
If you signed in with Game Center, Google Play Games, Apple or Google, sign in with the same account on the new device. Without signing in, your progress stays only on the old device.

I bought “No Ads” and the ads came back.
Use Settings › Restore purchases with the same Apple or Google account you bought with.

How do I ask for a refund?
Payments are handled by Apple or Google: request it on the App Store refund site (reportaproblem.apple.com) or on Google Play (play.google.com › Orders).

How do I delete my data?
In the game: Settings › Delete progress and, if you signed in, Delete account. More in the privacy policy.
